Our founder, Kelly, hails from a family that operates a Bánh Mì factory in Vietnam. Inspired by her family's recipes, Sandwich Saigon is our endeavor to replicate the same authenticity and freshness. Our goal is to capture the essence of traditional Bánh Mì - a goal we achieve by starting our day at 5 am, preparing fresh dough, and handpicking the finest ingredients.
